Vouch AS, organization number 930 248 096, located at Grensen 17, 0159 Oslo ("Vouch"), offers a recruitment platform that connects companies, referrers, and candidates (the "Vouch Platform"). Through the Vouch Platform, users have the opportunity to refer individuals in their network ("Refer") to job positions advertised on the Vouch platform ("Referrer") or to be a candidate for relevant positions themselves ("Candidate").
Relevant Candidates are then forwarded through the Vouch Platform to the employer for the specific job position ("Job Advertiser"), who conducts the further process with interviews, background checks, possible employment, etc. ("Candidate Process"). If the Candidate Process leads to employment, the Referrer, if the conditions are met, receives a specified one-time amount indicated in the job advertisement ("Reward").
By registering as a user with Vouch, you gain access to the Vouch Platform. This access means that you have the opportunity to be a Referrer and/or Candidate for the positions advertised on the Vouch Platform ("Vouch Service").
These terms ("User Terms") regulate your use of and interaction with the Vouch Service, both as a Referrer and as a Candidate. When you register a user account to use the Vouch Service, whether to Refer and/or to be a Candidate, you must accept the User Terms.
By creating a user, you accept these User Terms.

To access the Vouch Service as a Referrer or Candidate, you must create a user account on the Vouch Platform. You must be over 18 years old to create a user account.
Your user account is personal, and it is not allowed to knowingly share or give others access to your personal user account.
For you to use the Vouch service and create a user account, it is necessary to process personal data. Our basis for processing this is these User Terms. You can read more about the processing of personal data here.
The Vouch Services are considered delivered when you have accepted these User Terms, created a user account, and gained access to the Vouch Platform. Vouch will regularly update and maintain the platform to ensure satisfactory security and quality, in accordance with statutory requirements.
Vouch will ensure that Referrers and Candidates are informed about and receive updates, including security updates, which are necessary to meet statutory requirements. Vouch will also send you a reminder that you have an active user account every 6 months.
The Vouch Platform and the Vouch service function and are available through most known browsers, including Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
With "User-Generated Content" we mean all content that you as a Referrer or Candidate can specify, create, generate, post, edit, or change on the Vouch Platform by accessing the Vouch Service, such as names, contact information, CV information, descriptions of yourself or others, images, and similar information.
